    After the consultation, we provide a free estimate followed by the design phase finalizing the scope of work & plans for the project.

    Once we have established an agreed-upon design, we begin to prepare the budget proposal & contract for your project.

    Construction

    Once the contract is ratified, we obtain the building permits and begin construction in the time frame specified in your contract.
